The FIxO programme ("Training and Innovation for Employment"), established and financed by the Ministry of Labour, and created with the technical assistance of Italia Lavoro S.p.A, was activated at the University of L’Aquila, offering non-curricular training courses for job placement.
The FIxo programme aims at reinforcing and developing a synergy between the academic world the job market. The placement services offered for students and graduates are organized to facilitate their entry into the workforce via informational services, counselling, traineeships and cross-scanning various job offers with their qualifications.
The University of L’Aquila is one of the 60 Italian Universities participating in the FIxO programme, open to both new graduates and students about to graduate, offering training courses for job qualification and specific targeted training programmes.
